She has also served as a principal of Sto. Rosario Village School. Professor Fonie Limosnero
Ma’am Fonie Limosnero, a candidate for a Doctor of Education, is a dedicated leader in early childhood education. As the Proprietress of Cebu Kiddie Center for nearly 30 years, she has been at the forefront of providing high-quality early childhood education. With a background as both a teacher and administratorl, she brings a wealth of expertise in curriculum development, school leadership, and child-centered teaching methodologies. Her guidance helps ensure that Sto. Rosario Village School maintains excellence in early education through experience-driven practices.
Perla Sarceno, EdD
Dr. Perla Sarceno, an expert in early childhood education and educational management, brings decades of leadership experience to Sto. Rosario Village School. In addition to teaching, she has served as a school principal, as well as a school director and consultant for various schools across Cebu. Currently the Dean of Sibonga Community College, Dr. Sarceno provides invaluable guidance in school administration, curriculum development, and institutional growth, helping ensure that our educational programs meet the highest standards of excellence.
